 Since July 1st, 2020 Gefat-IT is also in the market for offering support in the area of tire extrusion from our specialist Mr. Mario Bergmann.

 

Mr. Bergmann has more than 20 years of experience as a commissioning engineer and process technician in the field of treads and innerliner extrusion, but also in the field of hose and technical rubber applications at Troester GmbH & Co KG.

 

Especially the area of wrapping innerliner material (with and without chafer strips) and wrinkle-free wrapping of gum sheet material is one of Mr. Bergmann's specialties.

 

This also includes the variable behavior of the liner of winding drives to avoid rejects when unwinding the inner liner material.

 

Another area of work is the revision of existing programs in connection with the production process to optimize the shrinkage behavior and waste reduction.
